Greetings.

Greetings

Good Morning - Maayong buntag.
Good Noon- Maayong udto.
Good Afternoon- Maayong hapon.
Good Evening- Maayong Gabii.

Maayong is a derived form of Maayo and nga.
Maayo means good, whilst nga is a word linker.
Maayong as a whole means "a good."
Maayo nga adlaw and maayong adlaw means the same thing.

Sometimes we add the words:
nimo diha or nimo dira
nimo - singular form for "you
Literally, it's "kanimo"(oblique)
nimo is just the shortened version.
Diha -means "there." Some people, like me, say "dira".
Diha and dira mean the same thing.

Hello - Kumusta/ Halo.
How are you- Kumusta?
How have you been?- Kumusta naman ka?

People often omits the "ku" bit and just say "musta."
Ku makes it sound polite.

To answer

Okay ra/ Okay lang/ Okay ra man.
Maayo man.

They both mean I'm fine, or I'm well.

ra- limiting particle, meaning just and only. Sounds impolite.
lang-  is another word for "ra."
maayo- good
man- even, even if, although. a particle used for disregarding reasons.sometimes used to emphasize.

You can add "salamat," in the end of the sentence.
It means "thanks/ thank you/ thank you for asking me."
But people don't usually say that.

When asking back:

What about you? - Ikaw?
I'm fine too. - Okay ra (man) pud ko.

Ikaw- means you.
ra- limiting particle, meaning just and only. Sounds impolite.
man- emphasis
pud- too
ko- me; shortened version of Ako.
